International students wishing to pursue studies at the University of Manitoba in Canada are invited to apply for University of Manitoba Scholarships through its Undergraduate Student Scholarships for the 2023-2024 academic session. These awards include International Undergraduate Student Entrance Scholarships, International Undergraduate Student Scholarships, and Students from Abroad Bursaries.
The scholarship program seeks to recognize students with academic success and provide financial assistance for international students through bursaries and scholarships.
The International Undergraduate Student Entrance Scholarship was created to recognize academic excellence among international students graduating from international high schools and entering studies at the University of Manitoba Scholarships will be offered to those students who meet certain criteria: are international students (i.e., in Canada with a valid permit to study), who have submitted their applications to any school or Faculty within U of M by March 1st; Pay the tuition rates for international students;
Our approved students have achieved an average high school grade point average of 85% on the top five senior-level academic courses offered.
The International Undergraduate Student Scholarship was created to recognize and reward outstanding academic achievements among international undergraduate students at The University of Manitoba.
International students may be eligible for scholarships. Are in Canada with valid study permits who have completed 24 credit hours at any School or Faculty affiliated with the University of Manitoba; University of Manitoba
These students have demonstrated outstanding academic success concerning courses completed during the most recent academic session (minimum sessional average grade points of 3.5).
Students wishing to continue full-time undergraduate studies during the Fall/Winter academic session may do so.
Candidates meeting the above criteria will be evaluated based on their sessional grade point average. Scholarships will be awarded until funds run out or until a certain grade point threshold is achieved. All eligible recipients will be notified at the end of July.
To be eligible for bursaries at the University of Manitoba, you must meet all qualifications established by Aurora for University General Bursaries as well as any individual awards that may exist.
General applications for bursaries for Fall and Winter terms will be made available on the Aurora Student Portal by August 31st. The completed application, along with any necessary supporting documentation, must be received by the Financial Aid and Awards office by October 1st. Unfortunately, international students enrolled in their first semester of postsecondary studies within Canada cannot apply to this general bursary program.

University of Manitoba Scholarships 2023-2024 Benefits:
- The University will pay all tuition fees (wholly or in part), and the cost of travel and residence free of charge.
- A monthly or annual stipend will also be provided to students along with health insurance and book allowance.
- Every year, 1600 first-year students receive entrance grants worth $20 million valued at the University of Miami (UM). There have been 2800 awards awarded since that time with an aggregate value of $8 million in bursaries distributed annually by UM.

Candidates for the Undergraduate Student Scholarship 2023 must meet certain criteria to be considered.
- Candidates for admission into any School or Faculty at the University of Manitoba should apply by this date, and confirm if tuition rates are being charged to international students.
- They also need to attain a minimum standard of 85 percent in all senior classes based on the top five lists.
- Demonstrating English proficiency in this language is essential.

How to Apply: Interested and eligible students eligible for the University of Manitoba Undergraduate Student Scholarships 2023-2024 must first apply for admission. Afterward, they will be considered for acceptance into a full-time program within the university. Those admitted will automatically receive an international scholarship which is eligible for these funds.
