Aspire Leaders Program offers students from low-income households, recent college graduates and first generation college-going students around the globe access to an interactive online three-module journey for leadership development.

This program emphasizes Personal and Professional Growth – from performing an analysis of strengths-based leadership abilities, and co-created resources with Harvard Business School to creating your LinkedIn Profile, craft your resume, interview tips, and how to network, as well as live interactions amongst a global cohort.

Aspire Leaders Program at Harvard University provides first-generation and low-income college students and fresh graduates from around the globe an interactive three-module leadership development journey free online and interactive three-module leadership journey for them to enjoy for free online interactive leadership development experience.

The inaugural cycle of the Aspire Leaders Program will commence during the academic year 2024 and open to first-generation college students who recently completed or are enrolled in an undergraduate degree program.

Aspire Institute was launched by Harvard and offers the Aspire Program as part of their multidisciplinary, extensive, and diverse curriculum. Finalists can connect with an international network of talented, hardworking future leaders with diverse intellectual interests from across continents; its Leadership Program targets those coming from backgrounds of social or financial difficulty while connecting participants globally as they discuss identity issues such as ethics and technology.

Harvard seeks to empower underdeveloped youth by giving them an opportunity to make a change in their local communities. Young leaders can establish and share their own culture globally with peers. Aspire Leaders Program 2023-2024 Eligibility Criteria:

The following requirements must be met by applicants to qualify for the Aspire Leaders Program.

The applicant must be between 18 and 26 years of age.
The applicant must be from a low-income background
Students in their first year of college or graduates who have not yet enrolled for a graduate degree
Intermediate-level English.
