The Gates Scholarship USA 2023-2024 Eligibility Criteria:

The applicant must be Pell-eligible.
The applicant should not receive an additional grant in addition to support.
The applicant’s academic record must be top-notch i.e. GPA greater than 3.3 on an 4.0 scale.
The applicant must have plans to pursue an academic program that lasts for four years within the USA.
You must apply as a senior in high school.
The applicant must belong to one of the following ethnicities: African-American American Alaskan Indian Indigenous*, Asian & Pacific Islander American or Hispanic American.
It is required that the applicant be an US citizen and a permanent or national resident.

Application Procedure for The Gates Scholarship USA 2023-2024?

The second phase of the scholarship has to be completed before January.
Then, in March 600 applicants will be chosen to be selected for the final stage.
In the final stage in the final phase, candidates are interviewed either in-person or via video calls.
In April, the 300 finalists will be announced and then asked to provide proof of the award.
The applicant has to create an MYTGS profile on www.gatesscholarship.org in order to apply.
In Phase II the 2000 semi-finalists will be asked to continue processing the application.
