The TechWomen Emerging Leaders Program established in 2011 to achieve the United Nations’ mission related to gender equality. This remarkable initiative was initiated by the U.S. Department of State Bureau of Education and Cultural Affairs and is run through the Institute of International Education (IIE). The primary goal for this TechWomen initiative is to give participants with access to various programs, information as well as research tools to help them be proficient in their specific disciplines and work. Professional development for women is the main goal in the program. Eligibility Criteria of TechWomen Leadership Program 2023:

The fall 2023 TechWomen qualifications are described below:

• Candidates must possess at least two years of experience working in STEM.
• A candidate must possess at the very least a Bachelor’s or equivalent.
• Candidates must be eligible to get J-1 visa.
• The person who is a candidate should not be an US citizen.
• Candidates must be proficient of the English Language.
• The applicant must not have an US visa for immigrants from the USA.
